An honest promise. This guide will not promise you a job, an interview or a salary. Nobody honest can. It will show you exactly what hiring managers at large organisations look for, and help you prove you have it.
What you get
- The guide, 40 pages. 26 chapters from A to Z, each ending with an action that takes under an hour.
- Templates. A sample CV, a cover note, a LinkedIn About section, written model answers to ten interview questions, a story bank and first-week emails.
- A skills ladder. 16 skills, four levels each, so you know where you stand against the bar for analyst roles.
- The companion Excel workbook. Skills self-assessment that ranks your gaps, a job-advert decoder, a target list, an application tracker with stage analysis, an interview prep sheet and the 90-day plan as a checklist.

Built from practice
Created by a procurement analytics professional with CIPS training and experience across multi-billion spend portfolios at global enterprises. Independent training material: not accredited or endorsed by CIPS, Microsoft, SAP or any professional body or vendor.
Pair it with the Starter Kit
Chapter P asks for a practice portfolio project. The Procurement Analytics & AI Starter Kit (CA$15) gives you one: a fictional practice dataset, a self-checking workbook and worked answers.
Questions
Will this get me a job?
No guide can promise that, and this one does not. It shows you what large organisations look for, helps you close your skill gaps, and gives you a portfolio, CV, interview answers and a 90-day plan so you apply as a stronger candidate.
Who is it for?
Students, graduates, career changers and people early in procurement, supply chain or finance who want an analytics or procurement role at a large organisation. Experienced staff use it to plan a move into analytics or AI work.
How is it different from the Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit teaches the analysis itself, with a practice dataset and workbook. The Career Path is about the job: roles, skills, credentials, CV, LinkedIn, interviews, offers and a plan. They work well together; the kit gives you the portfolio project.
Does it include salary figures?
No. Pay varies by country, sector and year, and stale numbers mislead. Chapter O shows how to research your own range and evaluate an offer.
Which cards work?
Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, through Stripe. The price is CA$35, charged in Canadian dollars (about US$25). Where your country charges sales tax or VAT on digital products, it is added and shown at checkout. Verve cards do not work on this checkout.
Can I get a refund?
The guide is an instant digital download, so all sales are final. Read the chapter list and the free Starter Kit sample first. If a file is damaged, we send a working copy.
